It provides next business-day on-site service for infrastructure, advance replacement of Wireless Telephones, proactive software update notifications, remote testing, and unlimited telephone technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Advanced level is designed for customers who need immediate replacements, yet can meet critical system requirements without Polycom support on site. It guarantees advance shipment of both replacement infrastructure components and Wireless Telephones, software updates as required and unlimited telephone technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Priority level is ideal for customers who can meet critical system availability requirements without Polycom support onsite. This contract guarantees advance shipment of replacement infrastructure components, one-day factory turnaround of Wireless Telephones, software updates as required, and unlimited telephone technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Assured level provides a cost-effective solution to customers for whom system availability may be less critical and on-site assistance is generally not required. Advance shipment of infrastructure, three-business day handset turnaround, and telephone support during business hours are included.
