Hansjoerg Wagner

Hansjoerg Wagner was appointed as the President of Polycom Asia Pacific in July 2010 and is based in the Company’s regional headquarters in Singapore. He joined the Company in May 2006 as Vice President and Managing Director of Asia Pacific. His role is to drive the continued growth of Polycom's Asia Pacific operations, and to provide strategic direction for Polycom's presence in the region moving forward.

Prior to joining Polycom, Mr. Wagner served as Managing Director of Packeteer Asia Pacific, the global leader in the fast-growing WAN optimisation acceleration market (later acquired by Blue Coat Systems).His career has also included senior management positions at Netegrity (acquired by CA), the leading global provider of security infrastructure in the identity and access management space, and Milgo Solutions (formerly Racal Data Group), a voice and data solutions and services provider based in the U.K. and U.S.

Mr. Wagner graduated from the National University of Vienna, Austria, with degrees in Informatics and Economic Sciences, and minors in Law and Psychology.
